This is how you place an order

The easiest way to order a transfer is via the website. Should you have any problems with the order, you can send an inquiry via the contact form on the website or an e-mail to info@norwegiantransfer.com and we will be happy to help you.

After ordering, you will receive an order confirmation from us when the order has been registered. Once you have received this confirmation, everything is in perfect order.

When booking a return journey to one of the airports, you will receive an SMS with a pick-up time approx. 24 hours before we pick you up on the telephone number given in the order.

On arrival at the airports, you will find our drivers right outside the main door of the airport with a sign in hand saying "Norwegian Transfer". Approach the driver and he will show you the way to the car when he has collected the travelers.

Sometimes luggage can go missing / other delays. The driver is waiting and if things take time, it's great that you picked up the phone so he can call you on the phone number you provided in the order.

If you are traveling with children, please state this in the order and the child's age so that we can provide child seat(s) in the correct size for a safe and secure journey.

It is recommended to use seat belts in our buses for a safe and secure trip.

Payment is made directly to the driver. When leaving for the airport, payment can be made at our office. Payment in Euro or lira.
